Create a new Lessoninstance with Appearance > Progress bar and Appearance > Slideshow enabled

Create a content page a bit longer content (1000 Lores Ipsum words should do) with some custom actions

Attempt to view the page as a student

Verify the page scrolls and does not overflow the page jump menu or previous / next buttons.

To reproduce:

Have a site with a Boost theme
Create a new Lessoninstance with Appearance > Progress bar and Appearance > Slideshow enabled
Create a content page a bit longer content (1000 Lores Ipsum words should do) with some custom actions
Attempt to view the page as a student

Expected result: Progress bar and course navigation widgets displayed at the bottom as expected
Actual result: Progress bar and course navigation floatin on top of the page content.
