Much of the value in Survey is in seeing how learners change over time, but currently this requires manual comparison between two or more instances of the Survey activity. This enhancement would allow the teacher to view and track changes in student responses to a single Survey instrument over time, by allowing multiple attempts of the Survey  A single display is used to compare data from the different dates into the same graph. Simple calculations might be provided to indicate how much the values tracked in the Survey have changed over time.

It would be even more helpful if the different attempts could be distributed throughout the course with different "expect completed by" dates and completion tracking, but that's probably a broader issue. (At least links to the same Survey could be included in different places in the course.)
