Steps to reproduce:
- Go to anywhere with an Atto editor.
- Click "Record video" or "Record audio" in the control buttons bar at the top of the editor.
- Click "Start record", record a few seconds of audio/video, and then click "Stop recording."
- Click "Record again", and repeat step 3.
- Click "Attach recording".
Expected result:
- A single embedded audio/video appears in the editor, that will play the final version recorded
Actual result:
- Two embedded audio/videos appear in the editor (or as many times as you click “Record again”)
Notes:
- This bug may not be present in Google Chrome on Ubuntu.
- The multiple instances will both play the last audio/video file recorded.
- There is still only one base file; however, it will have multiple database references.
- This bug was present in the original Moodle plugin and was reproducible on prior versions of Moodle; it is not a result merely of being introduced to core
