Select the filter.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and look at the value of the Show all ## link. In this case, that means there are ## participants in selected filter.

Change the URL line: https://domainname/user/index.php?contextid=199&id=4&perpage=20 (default)
to https://domainname/user/index.php?contextid=199&id=4&perpage=## (## in this case because that is the value of all participants) and press enter.

RESELECT the filter and now you will see all ## entries since the URL is now set to show ## per page.

If a Bootstrap2 theme is used (e.g. Clean or More) the participants list into a course is loosing selected filters, when you reload the page.

This happens when going to the next page (paging)

Testing instructions:

Use a Bootstrap 2 theme like "Clean" or "More".
Have a course with more than 20 enrolled users.
Have more than 20 users into the same role or group.
Go to the list of participants into the course (/user/index.php?id=XYZ)
Select into the filter search form / drop-down the group or role with more than 20 users.
Go to page 2 of the list

Now the filter is not selected anymore, you will receive the second page of all users. (without a filter)
