Grades shows up in lefthand nav even if student is not enrolled

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create course
      2. Go to enrollment methods and allow Guest access
      3. Login as user who is not enrolled in course
      4. Go to course and notice that the Grades link shows up in the lefthand nav
      5. Click on Grades
      6. See error "Can not view grades"
      7. I expect to not see the Grades in the lefthand nav
