The document converter is now a core feature in Moodle that is used widely but problems still seem to be showing with the blank page that is created when a document has failed to convert.

Although re-uploading is a potential fix, due to institutions with deadlines sometimes re-uploading isn't an option. So I think it may be a good idea to implement a feature that completely reconverts the document you are currently viewing in the grading panel (Perhaps a button?). Thus removing the blank page issue.
