Section error in Search engine set up page

      If you select Simple search as your search engine and then click the link Set up search engine, you get the error message as in the screenshot.

      I suspect this is because with Simple search there is no set up involved, unlike with SOLR, but it confused me and it would be helpful if this section error were replaced with some appropriate text.
