As admin, in Site administration → Development → Debugging, enable "Show origin of languages strings".

Go to a course.

Go to Edit settings

Add &strings=1 to the URL, re-request the page.

Click on the question mark icon next to course full name.

Confirm the {fullcoursename_help/moodle} information is in the opening overlay window.

Debugstringids allows to see what is the lang string that is used on a page. If the page includes an overlay window the information is not visible.
