Changing the default number of files in an assignment

      Change the setting "Maximum files per submission" to 10 in Site Administration page

      ""Dashboard -> Site administration -> Plugins -> Activity modules -> Assignment -> Submission plugins -> File submissions"

      Go to a course and add a new assignment.

      On the new assignment settings form:

      1. Verify that the setting "Maximum number of uploaded files" defaults to 10.

      2. Verify that the setting "Maximum number of uploaded files" cannot go higher than 10.

       Set the value "Maximum number of uploaded files" defaults to 5.

      Create the new assignment.

      Edit the settings for the new assignment.

      1. Verify that the setting "Maximum number of uploaded files" is set to 5.

      2. Verify that the setting "Maximum number of uploaded files" cannot go higher than 10.

      When students upload attachments in the assignment module the default number of files is 1. I would like to change that default value of "Maximum number of uploaded files" to 5. 

      Is that a code change? If so, where can I do that?
