1. This should just be a standard help dialogue
2. The drawer opens, and then closers again because of the window size
3. The preference for a closed drawer is then remembered for subsequent UI visits in the main window
4. The dropdowns serve no purpose
5. There is no need for anything except the main content to be shown.

As I say, we should just convert these to use the standard help icons + popups.
