With a web form interface to create learning analytics models, there is a risk that a less experienced site administrator or researcher might enable a model that sends low-accuracy insight notifications to users. As a safety feature, a default minimum accuracy calculation (based on training data) should be required before a model can be enabled to send notifications. This value could be changed by the site administrator.
