Have Open and Close Dates for Forums

      Because forums do not have open and close dates, they do not show up on the course overview block > timeline tab. At our institution, students really like the timeline tab, but they have been frustrated that forums don't show up there.

      I know instructors can restrict access to forums and forum ratings by dates, but this doesn't solve the timeline tab issue.
