Drop the attached file 'autoload_test.php' into the root dir of your moodle site.

Purge all caches

run

php autoload_test.php

and verify that you see no errors or warnings. Note: On MOODLE_33_STABLE you need to run the alternative script, autoload_test_33.php

If you do the above test for your stable_xx moodle instances you should see a fatal error.
