Scroll back to the top when changing pages in the assignment grading interface

      • As a teacher, create an assignment with assignfeedback_editpdf enabled.
      • As a student, submit a multi-page PDF (or something that would be converted to one).
      • As a teacher, grade the assignment submission using the individual grading interface.
      • Scroll to the bottom of the first page and add a comment or other annotation.
      • Use the page navigation to move to the next page of the submission.
      • Verify that you are now looking at the top of the second page (rather than the bottom).

      When grading/annotating an assignment submission our teachers find it very annoying that they have to manually scroll back to the top of each new page. Having reached the bottom of the previous page and then clicked the 'Next page' navigation button, they expect to be taken automatically to the top of the next page, rather than the bottom.

      This simple patch automatically scrolls back to the top whenever a new page is loaded.
