Detect suspicious incorrect end date for manual enrolments

      In 3.4 has been identified an issue with the end date of the manual enrolments which has been fixed in MDL-61249.

      But some more work is needed:

      • Detection of suspicious end date for manual enrolments (and fix if possible).
