I am using assignements for registering grades of written (or online) tests.

Students do not submit anything into the assignement, they only access feedback files (graded pdf, which are inserted by teacher), and read feedback comments.

I would need assignement feature allowing download of feedback files and comments of empty assignements.

1. Open assignement
2. Set no text, no file uploading from students, but feedback and feedback files from teacher.
3. Teacher assignes grade, write comment into feedback editor and mainly uploads feedback file(s) for few students.

What is wanted is the possibility to download selected assignements with grade, feedback comments and feedback files.
