Log in as admin

Set clean theme (Site administration/Appearance/Themes/Theme selector)

Go to a course.

On the cog, choose More...

Click on Question Bank link.

Click on Create a new question... button and add a new question of any type, essay is fine.

On the question bank list, make sure the tag icon is displayed correctly.

During testing of ~~MDL-61133~~, tsala noticed the tags icon is missing on clean theme.

That only affects clean, because on boost we have mapped font awesome tags icon.

I will kindly request barbararamiro help on this one.
