1. As an admin, create a new EQUELLA repository instance
2. Go back to the Site administration > Plugins > Repositories > Manage repositories
3. Expected behaviour: I should see "1 Site-wide common instance(s)"
4. Actual behaviour: I still see "0 Site-wide common instance(s)"

The newly created instance is not counted.
