Log into a site as an administrator.

Go to Site administration > Reports > Live logs.

Check that the year is now displayed in the time column.

Go to Site administration > Reports > Logs.

Select a course and click the 'Get these logs' button.

Check that the year is now displayed in the time column.

Check in both theme clean and theme boost.

It appears that an old issue has returned.

Moodle logs reports do appear to show the year, making it difficult use the report when data spans multiple years.

This issue is an old one (see ~~MDL-49473~~) Has this been reverted by design?
