Make use of calendar_mini template in fake block

      Setup
      1. Create some course activity modules with a selection of dates (e.g. Quiz, Assignment)
      2. Create some manual events, including:
        1. User events
        2. Events in multiple courses
        3. Events in multiple groups
        4. Events over multiple days
      3. Navigate to the main calendar view
      4. Select Manage subscriptions
      5. Subscribe to an iCal feed
      Testing
      1. Open the main calendar
        1. Confirm that you see the previous, current, and next months in the side block
      2. Add an event to a day which had no events on it
        1. Confirm that the main calendar updated without a page reload
        2. Confirm that the side calendars updated without a page reload
      3. Confirm that the event filters apply to all event types
      4. Hide just the user events
      5. Add a new user event
        1. Confirm that the calendars all reloaded
        2. Confirm that the event filter was remembered and user events are not visible on either the main on side calendars
      6. Unhide the user events
        1. Confirm there was no page reload
        2. Confirm that you can now see the user events on all calendars
      7. Hide the user events again
      8. Move forward a month in the main calendar
        1. Confirm a lack of page reload
        2. Confirm that the main calendar advanced
        3. Confirm that the side calendar also advanced
      9. Move back a month in th emain calendar
        1. Confirm a lack of page reload
        2. Confirm that the main calendar went back a month
        3. Confirm that the side calendar also advanced
      10. Move back a couple more months
        1. Confirm that the side calendar continues to show previous, current, and next month
      11. Unhide all event types
      12. Hover over days which have events in all months
        1. Confirm that the event popovers work and list the correct content
      13. Hide some event types
      14. Hover over days which have events in all months
        1. Confirm that the event popovers work and list the correct content
      15. Switch to clean
        1. Confirm that the hover popovers continue to work
      16. Switch months a few times again
        1. Confirm that the hover popovers continue to work
