We need to ensure that we update the mini calendar view, and the three-calendar view when refreshing the current main view.

Note that this related to failures in https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-59675

MDL-59357 As a user making changes to a manual calendar event in the calendar I should be able to see the changes immediately in order to prevent confusion
