URLs are not automatically converted to links in either editor when using the Windows 10 Edge browser.  To test:

1. With the Windows 10 Edge browser, open an activity, resource, etc that uses the editor.
2. Copy and paste a URL into the editor.  The URL is not converted to a clickable link

Repeat steps 1 and 2 with a different browser such as Chrome or Internet explorer.  The URL is converted to a clickable link.  The problem has been tested using the Atto and TinyMCE editors.
