Active pagination page floats above the participants filter suggestions list

      Test in Boost theme.

      Enrol more than 30 students in a course.

      Go to the participants page.

      Click the down arrow in the filters autocomplete element.

      Verify the active page (1) does not show through the list of filters overlay.

      Check that the pagination bar looks as expected (no visual glitches).

      The currently active pagination link has a higher z-index than the suggestions list of the participants filter. This causes it to float over the suggestions list, which is not very good.
