stdClass::$numsections Error at index page

      When i upgrade from moodle 2.1 to 3.3, I got an error at index file

      Notice: Undefined index: numsections in /home/giaoducd/public_html/index.php on line 127

      Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$numsections in /home/giaoducd/public_html/lib/adminlib.php on line 4234**

      **Just made a quick search to see there many places of ver 3.3 that still refers "Numsections" settings. This bug could be extend for removing this setting for all scope, assuming ver 3.3 will not use this variable any longer.
