Replication steps

1. Add two activities (A, B) with manual completion
2. Set the activity B to be unavailable until activity A is complete
3. Set activity B to be visible, even when unavailable
4. Login as student
5. Visit the course and mark B as complete (A should still be incomplete)

• The button to mark the activity B as complete should not be displayed as the user doesn't have access to it.
