Add a groups column to the participants page

      Login as a teacher.

      View the participants page. 

      There should be an extra column for the groups of each user.

      Enroll a few more users and verify that the DB queries for the page does not increase.

      Use the edit-inplace pencil to edit the groups for a user.

      Verify the groups for the user actually changed.

      Add a groups column to the participants page listing each users groups, if the current user has moodle/course:managegroups.

      Show an inline edit icon if the user has moodle/course:managegroups.

      Try and use an auto-complete field for the editing UI.
