Since enabling OAuth 2 authentication (Google, Microsoft and Facebook) with account creation allowed on moodle.org, a number of accounts have been created without first name or surname. In some cases, they have a user picture set (the generic Google one) and in other cases not.

Amended to add that we've noticed the problem also occurring on https://learn.moodle.net/. The accounts in question have a variety of email addresses (not just gmail) including an edu.au one.
