Generate stats for at least one month (see ~~MDL-58577~~ for a script)

Run the scheduled task:

php admin/tool/task/cli/scheduled_task.php —execute="\core\task\stats_cron_task"

As admin go to Reports > Statistics.

Choose the time period (Monthly should be fine)

Make sure the dates displayed on the chart, matches the ones on the table.

On the user menu, click on Profile and then click on Statistics

Make sure the date displayed on the chart matches the ones on the table below the chart.

Statistics report graph shows incorrect date. In a graph date is moved one day forward on all data.
