Install at least one language pack in your Moodle instance, e.g. Deustch (de) Activate the multilang filter and apply to 'Content and headings'. Insert an activity (e.g.) an assignment with a multilang title. e.g. <span lang="en" class="multilang">Assign 1 EN</span><span lang="de" class="multilang">Assign 1 DE</span> Grade one of the students in the assignment. Insert an activity results block to your course, have it display the results of that assignment Make sure the multilang title of the assignment is displayed in the desired language
