Trying to set a competency rule from the competency Edit menu, a dialog pops up with the Cancel button displayed off the dialog. (theme: Boost)

To replicate:

1. Log in as admin
2. Go to site administration > competencies > competency frameworks
3. Click "Add new competency framework" and fill out the form
4. Select the framework in the click and click "Add competency" and fill out the form
5. Select the new competency from the list and click "Edit" in the right side box
6. Select "Competency rule" from the dropdown box
7. See a modal popup with the cancel button overflowing
