Testing Instructions:
1. Ensure course/format/upgrade.txt mention about the selector makes sense (make sure you understand the change as well!)

For example in ~~MDL-58637~~ the selector for the section was changed

This change has to be copied to all course format plugins but it was not added to course/format/upgrade.txt

Try to upgrade existing course format from the plugins directory to 3.3 and make sure that upgrade.txt covers all changes
