Inconsistent view for assignment switched from group submission to non-group submission

      1. Create a course with at least one group; assign students to the group.
      2. Create an assignment with 'Students submit in groups' to 'Yes'.
      3. Log in as a student and view the assignment (don't submit anything).
      4. Log in as a teacher and edit the assignment, changing 'Students submit in groups' to 'No'.
      5. Log in as a student, open the assignment, and submit something.
      6. Log in as a teacher, go to the assignment, and click 'View all submissions'. The status column should show the correct information.

      As reported in this discussion: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=342772, student's submissions in some assignments are with status "No submission" but they actually have files attached to them. This is confusing some of our teachers because they first look at the status of the submition before grading it, and they not always notice if there is a file attached when the status is "No submission".
