My overview followup issues

Testing Instructions:
1. Log in and navigate to the dashboard.
2. Remove the course overview block and re-add it.
3. Confirm that all strings refer to the block as 'Course overview' and not my overview (block selector, name, etc).

The name of the "my overview" block was changed between prototype "Course overview" and integration of ~~MDL-55611~~.

This was not a requirement. Let's either A) change it back or B) document why it was changed.

Note: The old block was called "Course overview". Perhaps we want to have a different name for marketing purposes?

We recently put a lot of effort into getting consistency with the use of the word "My" in moodle. ~~MDL-49983~~
