Report to show key dates server-wide (e.g. quiz close, assignment due) to help admins plan

      In case of unplanned urgent server restarts it would be great to have a report showing all planned quizzes (start/end-time) or open attempts at a configurable time. This report could help administrators to decide whether a server restart / unplanned maintenance should be postponed due to running quizzes.
