1. as a teacher create workshop and set the workshop submission deadline
2. as a student I can see it on the dashboard
3. as a student I submit workshop
4. I can still see this date on my dashboard (why, I have already submitted)
5. as a teacher I changed the workshop stage to assessment
6. as a student I still see the submission deadline (even if I did not submit it yet I can not any more, late submissions are also not enabled)

Same happens with assessment deadline - I have nothing to assess or have assessed everything I was assigned but the assessment deadline never disappears from the dashboard
