It's quite a common workflow to have to remove a user from a bunch of roles. This could be made much nicer on this page by adding 'delete' icons. As it stands you need to click the 'cog' icon and interact with the enrolment page for each context which can be onerous. 

Even better would be the option to completely remove a user from a course category and all children.
