"No compatible source was found for this media" on first access of videojs media element.

      In Moodle 3.2 the new media player fails on first page rendering and shows the error message  "No compatible source was found for this media"

       

      Pre requisites: 

      Media filter is enabled.

      Steps to replicate:

      1) Restore this course backup:

      https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxng6mK4kwZzMjJwMUp6TVh1U28/view?usp=sharing

      2) Using Chrome browser, enable developer tools, select Networking tab, tick 'disable cache' and set throttling to 'good 3gs'

      3) Open the restored course
