Gradebook: Fail to calculate decimal grades: No letter grade for 39.YY

      I've got a stack of these:

      No letter grade for 39.87

      grade/index.php?id=13&action=grades&sort=highgrade_asc&group=0

      My grade scale looks like this:

      Grade Letter Low High

      A 50-100

      B 49-40

      C 39-30

      D 29-20

      F 19-0

      workaround? fix? Put all scores to the 10th decimal? It'll work but teachers should'nt have to do that... Feature or bug?
