Setup google drive and office onedrive repositories, create some "copied files" and some "controlled links".

When viewing the list of files (e.g. in a mod_folder) copy the link to the file and paste it in a new tab. Append &offline=1 to the end of the url. Verify in all cases you get a downloaded file in a format suitable for offline viewing. E.g. google sheet is converted to excel.

The new param will be offline=true and will download or export and download the file from the repository and return it.
