      "The assignment module now puts up an event for teachers who have assignments needing grading and there is a discussion here: (https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=347572) about how to handle that for quiz. Since the lesson module also has manually graded questions, are there any plans to introduce an event for teachers to notify them about items needing grading?"
