Restriction require grade to pass doesn't work

      1. Enable Completion tracking at the course level
      2. Try adding a quiz
      3. Make sure the "Require passing grade" setting is now dependent on "Student must receive a grade to complete this activity" setting.
      4. Repeat the test in description of this issue and make sure the user can now see the workshop module (since now both settings would be checked).
      5. Create two activities in a course or go to a course with at least two activities.
      6. Enable completion.
      7. Set "Student must receive a grade to complete this activity" to true in one of the activities and false in the other.
      8. Create a third activity. Try setting "Restrict access condition" to "Completed with a pass/fail grade". Make sure you are allowed to select only activity that has "Student must receive a grade to complete this activity" set to True.

      Hello,

      the restriction "must be complete with pass grade" doesn't work at all in any activities f.ex. Workshop

      1. Create a quiz with "Grade to pass" as 10.0 and "Show activity as complete when conditions are met" and "Require passing grade" and make some question.

      2. Create a worksop on the course and under "Restrict access" add restriction "activity completion" choose the quiz and select "must be complete with pass grade"

      3. Do the quiz with a student with grade 10,0

      4. Notice how you cannot access the Workshop

      If you change the restriction in Workshop to "must be marked complete" student can open the workshop

      This concerns Moodle 3.1.4
