Shorten course summaries on myoverview block using mustache helper

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Create some courses, adding a long text to summary field.
      3. Enrol an student in those courses.
      4. Log in as the student.
      5. Add My overview block, select Timeline tab and then click on Sort by courses button.
      6. Look the courses link and make sure the course summary has been shortened.
      7. Now, select Courses tab, please make sure the course summary of all courses have been shortened to 140 characters.

      Once MDL-57972 gets integrated to core use it to shorten the course summaries on the myoverview block.
