Create a google docs repo - but instead of providing the clientid and secret in the config for this repo - point the OAuth Service at a "google" OAuth service you create on Site Administration -> Server -> Oauth 2 Services

Test you can browse search and select files from the repository.

Use a single setting which is which OAuth 2 issuer to use for authentication.

This is merged with the googledocs repo - I think this makes sense (no point having 2).

The googledocs repo used an older version of the google client libraries that is now difficult to upgrade because of composer. I replaced it with straight rest calls using the updated OAuth client.
