When setting the permission for moodle/course:viewparticipants to prevent it stops the 'Participants' text within the navigation menu from being clicked/accessed, however the text remains in the navigation menu.

I feel this would be better if it removes the text from the navigation once the permission is set to Prevent as it cannot be accessed anyway.
