MOODLE_31_STABLE
If the 'Maximum grade' is less than '100'. the 'Grade for attempt' and 'Grade reported' percentages will be inflated for any SCORM package with a 'Grading method' set to 'Average Grades'.
The percentages do seem to be appropriate for any SCORM package with averaging grades as long as the 'Maximum grade' is set to 100. Otherwise, the percentage seems to be multiplied by 100/(Maximum_grade).
Steps to Replicate:
1. Within a course, add a SCORM Package
2. Upload Scorm Package
3. Under Grade, change the grading method to Average Grade
4. Under Grade, set the Maximum grade to a value less than 100
5. Save and Display
6. Attempt and submit SCORM package
7. Navigate back to the SCORM package
Observed Result: 'Grade for attempt' and 'Grade reported' percentages are inflated
Expected Result; 'Grade for attempt' and 'Grade reported' percentage should be accurate and less not over 100%.
