Hi!

I found in our Moodle 3.0.4 that files with accents do not get analysed due to some effect on accents.

Last case we found was the following one, when we admins received this email:

Looking for this file into the database, I found that the file was named like this: "DEC*Á*LOGO 2 - Nereida Barrikarte Garc*í*a.pdf".
