1. Create a feedback activity with three different questions
2. On the question edit tab, drag one of the questions
3. Drag it so the question has moved above or below another question, but don't release the mouse until you move it away from the question
4. After releasing the question will have moved (expected: reload icon - but it won't appear)
5. Refresh the page

Expected result: The question is in its new position
Actual result: The question returns to it's position before it was moved
