Dear Moodle developer,
It is a big improve that all the common file types can be annotated in Moodle now. Many teachers are quite pleased with the function and it makes the marking process much easier. However, there is a bug about PDF annotation in assignments.
It works fine to give comments in the PDF annotation. But when the view is changed to a full screen for the submission, the location of the comments are in wrong places. The text comments and stamps do not move with the submision text, while the lines and circles move. It is same after the teacher click “save changes” to save the comments. It confuses teachers a lot and bring a lot of inconvenience for users to use the view of full screen text.
I wondered whether you could fix this bug soon, please. Thank you very much for your support.
I have posted the bug in the Moodle forum, too. https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=344248
