The events list currently doesn't include a workshop closed event. What we would like is for there to be one such as:
Area to monitor: Workshop
Event: Phase switched to closed

We would like a notification to be sent when workshop feedback is made available to students by the phase being switched to closed.

The rationale is that it's useful for students to know when their workshop feedback is available. When the workshop is closed and feedback is revealed to students this should be an event, available for monitoring via the Event Monitoring feature.
