theme_boost: lot of space between the courses on dashboard

      There should be a medium amount of padding between courses (not a huge amount).

      Steps to reproduce:

      Go to moodle site with few courses and view dashboard.

      1. There is lot of gap between the courses
      2. If there are some activity attentions, then gap increases.
